1) Why do I need to book an appointment to visit your product gallery?

 

As our current operation set up does not allow us to operate like any other retail store, we do not have fixed operating hours. Thus we will arrange to open up the product gallery upon successful appointment booking. As we believe in quality customer service, we stagger our appointments so our visitors will receive uninterrupted product presentation and demonstration.

2) Can I use NETS or Credit Cards for my purchases?

Our product gallery accepts cash payment for cash and carry. Alternatively you can also choose to purchase via our online store on the spot and opt for Cash On Delivery using Paypal and Credit Cards.

 

3) Why shop at Hooks Avenue?

As we are the exclusive dealer/distributor for most of the brands we carry, it makes defect repairs/exchanges easier. All you need is to email us at shop@hooksavenue.com and we will follow up with you to facilitate any repair or 1-1 exchange without going through the hassle of having numerous correspondences with the manufacturers.

At Hooks Avenue, we try our best to cut down response time to serve your needs better. Thus all you need to do is either email (shop@hooksavenue.com) or text us (Mobile: 92398282) and we will respond to you as soon as we can.

Instead of having extra high overheads for a bigger and flashy storefront, we choose to stay put in our existing humble place so we don’t impose unnecessary cost to our customers.

4) What if I don't like the model or the colour of my purchase?

We know how it feels if you are really stuck in this situation. In cases like this, you can contact us to make arrangement for an exchange to another model or colour within 3 days upon receiving the product. The exchange of product can be of different brands or models (same price or higher), difference in price can be top up via PAYPAL or bank transfer. 

5) Product Authenticity?

We warrant that all products presented and sold are 100% authentic as we deal directly with the original brand owners.

6) What if the product I want is out of stock?

As some of the brands we carry are highly in demand, you can reserve your desired product via email to shop@hooksavenue.com indicating the brand/model/colour and we will keep you in the pre order list. No deposit is required for pre orders and they will be reserved for 14 days upon restock before releasing to others on waiting list.

7) What happens if I receive the wrong product or I miss the delivery schedule?

In cases of receiving having the wrong model/colour, you can immediately reach us so we can make the earliest amendments to your order and activate a resend. Kindly help ensure the packaging and the product is complete.

Not to worry if you have missed out on your delivery schedule, our delivery team will rearrange for another schedule to fit your busy schedule without any cost incurred.

8) Can I track my delivery?

Yes. An email/text message will be sent to you once your order has been conveyed to the delivery team. Simply follow the link to track your order.

9) Is it safe to make online purchases at Hooks Avenue?

We have basically 2 basic modes of payment via our online store.

Stripe - Credit Cards

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe. 

Paypal

Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

10) Is Hooks Avenue a secured shopping site?

Rest assured that we have been trying our best to tackle this issue. Our site is currently SSL Certificate Encrypted. It activates the padlock and the https protocol and allows secure connections from a web server to a browser. Typically, SSL is used to secure credit card transactions, data transfer and logins, and more recently is becoming the norm when securing browsing of social media sites.
